Elizabeth studied for her Bachelor of Education with Honors at Manchester Metropolitan University in England. She then worked at an inner-city school in Manchester, and taught mother tongue English for Bergen Kommune before joining ISB in 1999. She has been a class teacher for a variety of grades and is now enjoying her role as Learning Support Coordinator. She served as Staff Representative on the Board of Trustees for 3 years and held the role of Treasurer.

Jules' role is to support teaching throughout the whole school. She came to ISB after working as a librarian at the British International School of Stavanger, and she is currently completing a BSc Econ in library and information services at Aberyswyth, Wales. Previously she has worked in HR within the oil industry, and she has lived in Norway since 2001.
