A Law graduate from Pantheon-Sorbonne Paris, Anne moved to Norway in 1978 where she worked in international banking for 11 years. During this time, she studied economics at Norwegian Business School (BI). In 1990 she stepped into the educational system, while completing a Master's degree in French as well as the pedagogical programme at University of Bergen. She has been working at ISB since 1996.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor degree in Slavic Languages and Literatures from UC Berkeley, a Master of International Business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics, and a PGCE from the University of Bergen. Jennifer grew up in the United States, has lived 2 years in Germany, and 21 years in Norway.

Bachelor degree in History, English Language and Social studies as well as Teacher training from the University of Bergen. In addition, she has studied translation at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and is a qualified teletexter. She is also a trained guide and a swimming instructor. Before moving to Norway, Lorraine lived in Britain, Germany and Gibraltar.

Michael holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, minoring in History from Brock University (Canada). He completed the Indigenous Perspectives Teacher Education Module (IPTEM) receiving a BA.Education from Simon Fraser University (Canada). Before entering the field of Education, Michael studied for Social Service Worker Diploma at Centennial College (Canada) while working in a residential treatment facility for youth. Michael has taught English as a Second Language in Brazil, Canada and Norway as well as working as a clerical marker with the Cambridge University IELTS centre. Between teaching Michael spends time competing in freestyle snowboarding competitions, writing for various arts and culture publications and has been a speaker at The Global Education Conference. Michael is currently completing his Master’s degree in Comparative Literature at the University of Bergen.
